About the Confection
Released in May 2011 to coincide with Darrell Mitchell’s performance at the Asia Pacific Yo-Yo Contest, the Confection was a full-sized signature metal throw for one of Crucial’s standout international team members. The design features an angular rim stylized to showcase focused rim weighting right at the edge, with a gap that quickly tapers to a precise angle. YoYoExpert described it as having “so much style” and looking “incredible spinning.” Mitchell was recognized as one of the best competitors in Asia during this period and helped bring Crucial’s presence to the Asia Pacific competition scene.
