The Arctic Circle is the first signature model for Zach Gormley, released in 2012. A synthesis of three earlier CLYW models: the Chief’s double inner rim design, the Avalanche’s profile, and the Canvas’s convex face. Gormley used it to win the U.S. National Yo-Yo Championship in 2012. H-shape. Succeeded by the Arctic Circle 2 / “Second Expedition” in late 2013, which refined weight distribution for stability and horizontal play.
