The Babbit is MonkeyfingeR Design’s signature model for John, a comedian and performer. Designed as an approachable intro throw rather than a competition instrument, it shipped with hubstacks, a solid bearing, and a beginner-friendly responsive setup. Colorways at release were light blue, dark blue, green, and red.
The name is a nod to Babbitt, a small town in Minnesota where John’s grandmother grew up — a quiet, personal reference woven into what the brand describes as a “pocket-sized souvenir from a night of laughter and loops.”
