The QuickSilver was the first yo-yo released by AnY and was available only directly from the manufacturer or through non-US retailers, because of the O-Pad response, a variation of YoYoJam’s patented o-ring technology. The QS1 was released in very limited numbers and quickly replaced by the QS2, both sold at Spingear or directly from AnY. The QS1 had a shape similar to the YoYoJam Night Moves, resembled Dif-e-Yo yo-yos with rings in the sides and an o-ring in each side for weight, and had a clear coat over the aluminum. AnY briefly considered a QS3 and posted pictures but closed the line.
