The Yo-Yo Museum describes the PhatYo Blue Angel as a concave version of the original Black Mamba with the cookie response system and some additional rim weighting, branded Yo-Matic for the centrifugal cam auto-return. The YoYo Wiki notes the Blue Angel was first made as a Black Mamba and later remade as a PhatYo.
