The Yo-Yo Museum says the PhatYo line was made and sold in Australia by Abbe Toys, makers of the Black Mamba. The PhatYo Black Mamba is a redesign of the original with a new “cookie” response system, a rubbery recessed pad with teeth, and “Yo-Matic” branding for the centrifugal cam auto-return.
