About the Illinois State Yo-Yo Contest 2024
The 2024 Illinois State Yo-Yo Contest marked the event’s return to the Chicago Toy & Game Fair (CHITAG) after an absence, drawing competitors from beginner to professional level across 1A, X-Freestyle, Sport Freestyle, and the family-friendly Doc Lucky’s Duos team format. Run by Touch of the North Events in partnership with Doc Lucky’s Yo-Yo Talk, it combined competition with CHITAG’s broader toy-fair programming.
