Edition
Edition is a boutique yo-yo brand founded in 2022 by a designer with prior involvement in OPYoyos. Their debut throw, the Reflection, was a bi-metal (6061 aluminum + stainless steel rings, 56mm diameter, 67g) released in a limited pre-order of 30 units, manufactured by FPM with CAD assistance from Alex Hattori. Edition went on to release additional models including the Aspen.
In 2025, Edition released their first monometal, the Forma — a 6061 aluminum throw inspired by mid-school designs (CLYW Chief, OneDrop Cascade, and the YYR x OneDrop SYFO). The Forma was prototyped across three shops (Lotaxi, FPM, and TopYo) before reaching its final form. Visit the Edition store or follow updates on the YoYoExpert Forums.
