The Diplomat is the signature model of Recess team member Colin Beckford — the same player who wrote Recess’s 2015 Buyer’s Guide and went on to place 6th at US Nationals and 4th at BAC. Machined from 7075 aluminum for added durability and a brighter, shinier finish that stands out on stage. The curved H-shape profile offers a wide catch zone suited to Colin’s complex, risky trick style. From the first throw, reviewers noted the weight distribution felt perfect — achieving a powerful, solid throw and bind while remaining light, maneuverable, and fast in play. One of Recess’s early signature model releases and the first 7075 monometal in the lineup.
