A collaboration with Recess yo-yos producing a Jake Bullock branded edition of their First Base responsive plastic model. At $25 it is the most accessible Jake Bullock item ever produced, making the brand reachable to beginners and entry-level players for the first time. The First Base is a well-regarded beginner responsive throw — pairing it with Jake’s name is consistent with his long-standing interest in keeping yo-yos accessible; his entire brand launched at $45 when most comparable designs sold for much more. Part of Jake’s willingness to engage the full spectrum of the hobby, from beginner collabs to $299 titanium editions.
