Tako is a Core Concept YoYos aluminum model designed by Logan Willis. Spingear describes a stepped, rounded profile, undercut rims and a blasted finish. Its unresponsive setup uses a C bearing and slim response pads. Public retail availability is documented by Spingear’s March 16, 2017 introduction.

Exact initial launch day, aluminum alloy, gap, axle and formal play-style classification remain unverified. The FIU list records June 3, 2017 and ten Unknown-edition pieces at BAC, later than the model’s documented retail availability. The attached photo shows the Spingear edition, not the Unknown edition. No collaborating company established for the base model.
