The Yo-Yo Museum describes the Blue Angel (Series 1, 1999) as a butterfly-shaped plastic ball-bearing yo-yo with an original delta centrifugal cam auto return system and a side cap showing a woman with blue hair. It is listed at 56 mm by 37 mm and 59.31 g, with a US$10 retail price. In 2000 the design was replaced with a text-only “Mythical Blue Angel” cap and starbursts were replaced with response pads.
The YoYo Wiki says about 5,000 were made, and that the graphic was too much for some retailers selling to children.
