The Yo-Yo Museum describes the 1999 Cherry Bomb A-Line as virtually the same as the original, with polycarbonate plastic, increased weight, domed disks and “speed string”. It has a Teflon sealed ABEC-3 bearing, came with two weight rings and an optional wooden axle, and retailed for US$19. Besides pearl white, it came in pearl green and pearl blue; a lime green example is shown in a second exhibit. The museum lists a weight of about 56 g without rings.
