History / About
Bulk was released in 2014 as the second offstring yo-yo from B.W.W. Its theme was the evolution of offstring yo-yos: one of the widest body shapes, at almost 73 mm, to make mounting and whip and orbit tricks more successful without sacrificing stability. The gap is tuned so open whips and regenerations return and throw smoothly by default, and thin spacers and O-rings allow fine gap adjustment. Despite its size it is not tiring on the wrist. Onishi used a prototype in the 4A division at the 2014 World Yo-Yo Contest in Prague and the Bulk at the 2015 North Japan contest. The Yo-Yo Wiki calls it the second-widest offstring yo-yo at the time, after the 2015 YOYO.Y Ghost Orbit.
