Gropper Mfg

The YoYo Wiki identifies Gropper Mfg. Co., Inc. as a Brooklyn, New York toy maker that began making toys in the 1920s and produced yo-yos and tops in the 1950s and 1960s. Its yo-yo was the Up-N-Down, made in several versions. Toy-industry directories list more than one Gropper company in New York, so the exact maker and dates are unverified.
