Mori was MikeMonty’s second advanced yo-yo. Mike asked designer Jordan “ChaosGow” for a V-shaped model that could help him develop horizontal and off-plane play; an existing design was adapted with a minor outer-hub change. MagicYoYo manufactured and anodized the production run as a vendor, not a co-brand.
The run arrived in April 2021 in Blackberry, Emerald, Sienna, Burgundy, Indigo, and Marigold. A-grade units launched at $65 and B-grades at $35. Official archived specifications list a 56 mm diameter, 46.8 mm width, 64.5 g weight, 4.4 mm gap, Size C bearing, and M4 × 10 mm axle.
