The edITION is a collaboration between One Drop and modern responsive specialist ed Haponik, built on the Deepest State platform. Where the Deepest State was designed for optimal aluminum responsive play, the edITION is ed Haponik’s personal tuning of that formula: specific hardware choices dialed in to his style of stall tricks, flips, and regenerations.
The key departure from the stock Deepest State is the bearing. Ed found the standard One Drop 10 Ball too unresponsive for his preferred style; the edITION ships with One Drop’s Greasebucket bearing, pre-lubed for snappy, consistent response. The launch also included a string collaboration with ZipLine — ed’s preferred Fluff string is included.
