About the Cutlass
The D&H Cutlass was the companion debut model to the Raptor, released by D&H Enterprises in 1999. Named for the four blade-shaped cutouts defining its H-shaped body, the Cutlass was CNC-machined from T-6061 aircraft aluminum and hard-anodized in a blue and silver two-tone finish. Like the Raptor, each unit was engraved with the model name, the 1999 year mark, and a unique serial number on the inner wall, with the run strictly limited to 250 units. The gap is adjustable via the same .006″ and .014″ shim system shared across the D&H lineup. The Cutlass and Raptor share the same axle and bearing construction — a precision ball bearing pressed onto a stainless steel stud with a rolled threaded axle hole.
