About Lee Jun Sang
Lee Jun Sang (이준상) is a South Korean competitive yo-yo player competing in the 1A (string tricks) division. He is sponsored by W1LD野, an internationally distributed yo-yo brand, and has been a member of Team W1LD alongside Korean national champions Jae Hwi Seung and Dong Hun Nam. His primary competitive credential is a first-place finish at the Seoul Championship in the 1A division, and he placed third at the 2024 Korea National Yoyo Contest. He has competed at the World Yo-Yo Contest, entering via wildcard at WYYC 2023 in Osaka where he reached the preliminary round, and was listed as a semi-final participant at WYYC 2025 in Prague.
His play style centers on long string combination sequences and horizontal trick execution — preferences that directly shaped the design of his signature throw. He originally competed using the W1LD Wilderness 7075 in a signature Mist Blue colorway before receiving his own dedicated model: the W1LD MAD, a bi-metal measuring 57mm in diameter and 51mm wide at 66.5g. The MAD is engineered for the stability and spin time that extended horizontal combos demand.
As of 2025, Lee Jun Sang remains active on the Korean and international competition circuit, representing W1LD on a team that spans players from Korea, China, the United States, Germany, and elsewhere.
