The KNack is Spinworthy’s signature model for fixed-axle player Kyle Nations. Glen worked directly with Nations to dial in every aspect of the design — gap width, inner wall taper, axle diameter, wood species selection, and subtle face concavity — specifically around Nations’s smooth, creative trick style emphasizing quick response and reliable regeneration. The European Beech version (~49g) plays with a softer feel against the string; the White Oak version (~55g) provides more feedback and resistance — described by Nations as “business end vs. casual end.” The Tasmanian Blackwood edition (48g) occupies a unique middle ground. Face dimples aid pull-starts.
