World YoYo Contest 2019

The 2019 World Yo-Yo Contest returned to the United States, taking place in Cleveland, Ohio. Sanctioned by the International Yo-Yo Federation (IYYF), the event gathered the world’s top yo-yo talent for an intense multi-day competition. In the marquee 1A division, Gentry Stein reclaimed the World Champion title, putting on a legendary performance to secure his second world victory. The contest also saw the continuation of absolute dominance from several Japanese players, with Shu Takada winning 2A and Hajime Miura taking both 3A and 4A.
