YOYO Barista
YOYO Barista is an Indonesian yo-yo brand built entirely around a coffee shop aesthetic — every model is named after a coffee drink, bean origin, or brewing term. The brand launched around 2018–2019 with the Macchiato as its debut product, quickly establishing itself in the competitive scene with affordable, high-quality aluminum and bimetal designs at accessible price points.
The brand gained wider recognition through a collaboration with Chinese manufacturer Top Yo on the Robusta (2019), which introduced an innovative “through-structured” bimetal construction — a stainless steel weight ring sandwiched between two aluminum sections, visible from both the front and side of the yo-yo — delivering exceptional rim weight concentration and spin stability. The Robusta was picked up by major Western retailers including YoYoExpert and YoYoSam. Subsequent releases including the Arabica SS (with a special Fist Salud crew colorway), the polycarbonate-rimmed Conpanna, and the wide-width bimetal Seasons continued to expand the catalog.
YOYO Barista operates without an official website, distributing exclusively through social media and regional retailers: Kedaiyoyo (Malaysia), yoyoshopsg (Singapore), Youniverstore (Taiwan), and Western retailers. The mountain/volcano peak logo — a nod to the Andes coffee-growing region — is engraved on all products.
