Chemtoy Corporation was based in Cicero, Illinois, according to a Canadian trademark record. The YoYo Wiki, citing Lucky Meisenheimer’s collectors guide, says it made three plastic yo-yos in the late 1970s, the Crown Royal, Mark V and Number 1, sold in blister packs with a 1972 copyright date. The trademark record does not verify those models or the dates.
