Spiral

Throw Spiral is a boutique yo-yo brand founded in 2020 by Jamie, a designer with over a decade of experience testing prototypes for indie yo-yo brands. Jamie launched the brand with their first official release, the Kappa — a competitive organic yo-yo made from 7068 aluminum, designed to challenge the assumption that organic-shaped throws can’t perform at a high level. Throw Spiral is recognizable for its signature Spiral rim groove aesthetic detail and manga-inspired branding (Instagram: @throwspiral, styled as “Spiral’s Bizarre Adventure”).

Notable releases include the Kappa (2020, with player colorways for Matt Doyle and Adrian Esteban) and the Sliver, a slimline collaboration with MK1 Yoyos.
