About Kai Tyner
Kai Tyner is a Las Vegas-based competitive 1A yo-yo player and content creator, sponsored by Dreamcraft as part of the brand’s Dreamweavers collective. First documented in competition in 2023, Kai Tyner placed 18th in the 1A division at the Arizona State Yo-Yo Contest, competing in the event’s Pro Division.
In 2025, Kai Tyner competed in the 1A preliminaries at the US National Yo-Yo Championships, held at the Westgate Las Vegas Resort & Casino, placing 44th. Alongside contest competition, Kai Tyner is active as a yo-yo content creator, posting trick and freestyle footage on YouTube and Instagram, and has performed novelty freestyle routines outside formal competition, including a costumed set at a UNLV student variety show.
